Transfer forward Lassina "Basile" Traore has had quite a journey to get to where he is in his basketball career. The Ivory Coast native began playing basketball around the age of 15, and started his collegiate career at Saint Louis before transferring to Long Beach State, where he made the NCAA Tournament in 2024. Now, he brings his energy to Xavier, as he tries to help the Musketeers get back to March Madness in 2025.
